Construction site inspections include an APP based report with findings, recommended action to be taken, potential corrective actions assigned to specific responsible parties, photo evidence and identification of sub-contractor out of compliance.

General industry audit provides a full inspection to address gaps in the sites current state from physical safety issues to site evaluation of written safety program and site safety training for employees. Many OSHA violations reported involve not having written programs, employees that have either no safety training or a lack of proving safety training occurred.
